All Israel Sattleen requested during his last court appearance at Pend Oreille Superior Court Thursday January 11th was for Judge Lech Radzimski to tell the court the reason for him being in court. He pointed out the defendant had already admitting to lying about physical domestic abuse during the marriage. The identified female in the the charge of inappropriate contact with a minor is of legal age in the state of Montana where the contact initiated. Even the state, tax payer funded, advocate told the court that the boys were fed and kept warm during their time in his custody. She did make known the courts, tax payer funded, position that the kids do not want to be Jewish. This is like telling a black man his kids do not want to be black. The only thing left to point out by Israel Sattleen was his boys teeth showed no signs of neglect. Judge Radzimski was unable to give the court a reason for the kidnapping and extortion of his children by the court of Washington State and instead told Israel Sattleen that he must try to figure it out on his own.
